Get Quality Sleep

Make sure you get on a regular sleep schedule.  A lack of sleep can deeply affect your body and emotions.  Eating a healthy diet and avoiding excessive caffeine will help contribute to sleeping for longer periods at a time.

Exercise

Regular exercise is a great stress reliever.  Even if it is the last thing you feel like doing after a long day at work.  Just 20 minutes of aerobic exercise a day raises your heart rate and releases toxins from your body.  Exercise is a highly effective way to increase your energy, sharpen focus, and relax your mind and body.
